Your annual membership contributions make it possible for us to provide the following:

Association Administration  

Operational costs associated with running a small organization of this type.

 

Snow Removal   

Professional snow plowing and sanding of streets during harsh winter conditions.

 

Beautification 

Construction enhancements and upkeep of our community entranceways.

 

Safety and Security 

Tools, systems and expenses related to the operation of our Community Watch Patrol program.

 

Maintenance   

Repair and cleanup of common areas where and when needed.

 

Community Events 

Sponsored by our association which are free to all residents.

 

Communications Costs 

Related to the production and distribution of communication tools to residents which include, but are not limited to;  newsletters, postage, printing, newspaper advertisements, website development and 

in- community signage for special event and meeting alerts.
