Important Notices to TriWoods' Homeowners/Residents
1. After five years as President of the TriWoods Civic Association, Mr. Bud Wyatt is stepping down this year (see the President's message below). A new president will be needed to replace him. According to our bylaws, if we cannot fill the position of president (or any other officer positions), the association will dissolve.
2. Only 167 out of 416 homeowners/residents paid their dues for the fiscal year 2025-2026 for a total income of $5,010.00.
3. This $5,010.00 is going towards snow removal for this past snowfall/freezing rain.
4. Due to lack of funds, there will be no Spring Fling event this year.
